Flood Relief Camp

Flood Relief Camp


District Muzaffar Garh in South Punjab has been hit by a huge flood in September. Over 1,000,000 people have been displaced and the district was cut off from the main city of Multan for days. Thousands of people were locked in their villages with no food or water and many lost their animals and agricultural land to water. PODA has a field office in Muzaffargarh where we work with local youth and women farmers. We identified most needy villages and gave food and water packs to 200 families. . . .
