In the closing plenary of #PODARuralWomenConference, the Ambassador of the European Union in Pakistan Dr.Riina Kionka called to make a collective effort to empower girls with education and skills.She assured that the EU stands up for equal and inclusive societies with responsive policies, legislation, and action are a prerequisite for democracy, sustainable development, and peace. 3000 women from rural areas of 150 districts attended a three-day conference engaged and shared their insights and perspectives on the issues surrounding child marriage and empowerment. #stopchildmarriagepoda#PODAPakistan#PODARWLC2023
