On 28th August 2021, PODA democracy education project conducted an awareness raising session for 24 rural women in Union Council 9, Bhera, district  Sargodha about the importance of getting  CNIC and discussed how women’s Right to Vote is linked with CNIC. PODA Team explained that every Pakistani woman has a constitutional right to vote and even family members cannot deny her the right to vote with her own free choice.
