Preparing Budgets Training for Emerging Women Leaders –

Ms. Tahira Zahra and Mr. Zakria Azhar, Master Trainers from PODA Pakistan, conducted an online training session on “Preparing Budgets” for Emerging Women Leaders. They highlighted the importance of effective budgeting, financial planning, and transparent resource management for successful project implementation and leadership. The online Zoom training session, held on 12 January 2026, was attended by 60 women from 32 districts across Pakistan.
