Friday, 8^th March, Potohar Organization for Development Advocacy (PODA) is celebrating International Women’s Day (IWD) at Family Protection and Rehabilitation Center for Women, (Ministry of Human Rights), Islamabad. This day emphasizes the importance of eradicating poverty among women and girls, redressal from gender-based violence GBV, implementing gender-responsive financing, transitioning to a green and caring without violence society and supporting women change makers.

The theme of the 8^th March is “Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress”. The event attended by Civil Society representatives, Lawyers, physiologists, Teachers and GBV Survivors.
