Today (Thursday) to celebrate International Youth Day, representing four villages, ten young community members were briefed by PODA Chakwal team members on the importance of CNIC and the power of ballot. Pakistan is a country where 64 percent of the population is younger than 30 year. Pakistan now has more young people than it has ever had. PODA believes that young people need to be engaged, included and understood to unleash their potential in the direction that can change the destiny of the country. The session was held in Khanqah village, Chakwal. Every year, International Youth Day is observed on 12th August.
