Monitoring the Performance of Elected Representatives Training for Emerging Women Leaders –

Ms. Bismillah Iram, Master Trainer and President of Roshan Rahain Organisation, in collaboration with PODA Pakistan, conducted a training on “Monitoring the Performance of Elected Representatives” for Emerging Women Leaders. She highlighted the role of citizens, particularly women, in promoting accountability, transparency, and effective democratic governance by actively monitoring the performance of elected representatives. The online Zoom training session, held on 06 January 2026, was attended by 69 women from 38 districts across Pakistan.
