On 19 to 20 July, 2023, PODA team at Weather Station for Women Farmers in district Chakwal recorded 171mm & 89 mm rainfall.  PODA Pakistan is working with rural communities particularly women and youth to save maximum rainwater and to advise them to use this water to grow fodder. Team also arranged educational sessions with the community in this monsoon season about how to conserve rainwater at household level by using rooftop rainwater harvesting tanks and tillage practices to enhance field-level water storage capacity.
