Ms. Sarwat Jahan, Master Trainer from PODA Pakistan, conducted an online training session on “Developing Projects for Annual Development Plans” for Emerging Women Leaders. She highlighted the importance of project design, aligning initiatives with government priorities, and integrating community needs into Annual Development Plans for effective development outcomes. The online Zoom training session, held on 13 January 2026, was attended by 53 women from 32 districts across Pakistan.
