Voter & CNIC Registration Literacy Campaign – Jhal Magsi, Balochistan
On 19 January 2026, PODA organized a Voter and CNIC Registration Literacy Campaign in Jhal Magsi, Balochistan under the Rural Women’s Network for Civic Leadership and Participation Project, funded by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).
The session addressed the lack of CNIC registration among women, which remains a major barrier to voter registration and access to basic civic rights. Participants were guided on the importance of CNICs for voting, accessing government services, and exercising their constitutional rights.
The campaign was led by Ms. Zahida, PODA Rural Women Leader the session was attended by 28 young girls and women.
