Women Managing Water CD volume published by South Asia Consortium for
Interdisciplinary Water Resources Studies has highlighted the
outstanding contribution of women who have been systematically
engaging as professionals to help women in water management. A cross
section of pioneering women in South Asia have found novel ways of
approaching water and sanitation management – Sameena Nazir –
Executive Director of PODA is one of them. Being one of the 30
outstanding women from the whole of South Asia, and one among four
selected from Pakistan is a matter of pride.
